About Root and Branch

Root & Branch is a therapeutic gardening and rural craft centre for adults experiencing mental health difficulties. If you are under the care of a medical professional you can be referred by them, we also take self-referrals. Contact us for details.

We offer Participants one full day (9.45am to 2pm) once a week, either Monday, Tuesday or Thursday. Refreshments and a hot lunch are provided. This is a free service.
